Comments from Victoria Kovar, Program Officer, The Cooper Foundation, from The Grantseeker’s Guide to Winning Proposals:
This request for project funding uses the required Lincoln/Lancaster County Grantmakers Common Application Form. The grantee followed all the directions, including restating the section numbers and headings, and submitted all required attachments. These seem like simple things, but quite often we must ask applicants to resubmit a proposal because the headings are not included (making it difficult to read for our board members who may not have an application form handy) or because the attachments are missing or incomplete.
